New SQL Anywhere Studio 7.0 to Ship with Certicom's Trusted ECC & SSL Plus Security

(NASDAQ: SYBS) has licensed Certicom's advanced encryption technology for use with its SQL Anywhere( Studio industry-leading mobile computing solution. Introduced today, the next generation of Sybase( SQL Anywhere Studio, version 7.0, will ship with Certicom's elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) and SSL Plus( for Embedded Systems security technologies, providing SQL Anywhere Studio users strong assurance that their confidential enterprise information is highly secure in mobile computing settings. 

Sybase SQL Anywhere Studio 7.0 offers significant enhancements to its database and synchronization technologies, including the delivery of the industry's first total enterprise data synchronization.
